Readopts the findings regarding substantive evidence in the record <br /> regarding non-vacant higher density RHNA sites as set forth in Resolution No. 23-1406 Section <br /> 4. <br /> SECTION 5. Finds that the Housing Element, as modified by the revisions, incorporates <br /> the City's goals, quantifiable objectives, and policies to affirmatively further fair housing and the <br /> maintenance, preservation, improvement, and development of housing per California <br /> Government Code §65583(b). <br /> SECTION 6. The City Council adopts the General Plan amendments to the Housing <br /> Element (Exhibit A) that have been revised in response to HCD, as being in substantial <br /> compliance with the requirements of State Housing Element Law, as previously enumerated in <br /> Exhibit A2 to City Council Resolution No. 23-1358. <br /> SECTION 7. The Director of Community Development or designee is hereby directed to <br /> distribute copies of the Housing Element in the manner provided in California Government Code <br /> §65357 and §65589.7. <br /> SECTION 8.
