A preliminary list of sites for rezoning (ranked and scored) was presented for consideration, with 28 preliminary sites for rezoning identified throughout the city for discussion. • Planning Commission: November 10, 2021 • Housing Commission: November 18, 2021 Sites Inventory Meetings The sites inventory meetings followed the initial sites introduction meetings to review and approve potential sites to be considered for future rezoning for residential development and inclusion in the CEQA environmental analysis.
