Box 520 <br /> Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> APN: 946-3404-019-00 <br /> DEED OF TRUST <br /> THIS DEED OF TRUST is made 2023, among the <br /> Trustor, Tri-Valley REACH, a California non-profit public benefit corporation ("Borrower" <br /> or"REACH"), Chicago Title Company(the"Trustee"), and the Beneficiary, the City of <br /> Pleasanton, a municipal corporation ("City" or "Lender"). <br /> BORROWER, in consideration ofte indebtedness recited and the trust created in this <br /> Deed ofTrust, irrevocably grants and conveys to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, the <br /> following described property: <br /> Lot 107 of Tract 3092 recorded September 11, 1969, in Book 63 of <br /> Maps, pages 37 to 40, inclusive, Alameda County Recorder's Office; <br /> Recorder's Series No. 69-102232 <br /> which has the address of 5608 Hansen Drive, Pleasanton CA 94566 ("Property Address"); <br /> Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property and all <br /> easements, rights,appurtenances, rents (subject however to the rights and authorities given <br /> in this Deed ofTrust to Lender to collect and apply such rents), royalties, mineral, oil and <br /> gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter <br /> attached to the property, all of which including replacements and additions thereto, shall <br /> be deemed to be and remain a part of the property covered by this Deed ofTrust-, and all of <br /> the foregoing, together with said property are referred to in this Deed ofTrust as the <br /> "Property"; <br /> TO SECURE to Lender(a) the repayment of the indebtedness evidenced by <br /> Borrower's Promissory Note of even date herewith, and incorporated by reference in this <br /> Deed of Trust, ("Note") in the principal sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars <br /> ($300,000), plus interest described in Section 2 ofthe Note; the payment of all other sums <br /> advanced to protect the security ofthis Deed ofTrust; and the performance ofthe covenants <br /> and agreements ofthe Borrower contained in this Deed ofTrust and in the Note; and (b) <br /> 1 <br />
