RESOLUTION NO. 23-1416 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AMENDING <br /> THE 2023 CALENDAR YEAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE TO CHANGE <br /> MEETING LOCATION TO 3333 BUSCH ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, Section 2.04.010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code allows the City Council <br /> to establish dates of its regular meetings by resolution; and <br /> WHEREAS, at its December 6, 2022, meeting, the City Council reviewed and considered <br /> the 2023 calendar year meeting schedule and adopted Resolution No. 22-1339 setting the regular <br /> meeting schedule; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City has embarked on a council chamber renovation project that is <br /> projected to be completed by the end of the 2023 calendar year which requires that City Council <br /> regular meetings be moved to an alternate location. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. The remainder of 2023 City Council Regular Meetings will be held at the <br /> Remillard Conference Room located at 3333 Busch Road, Pleasanton, CA 94566. <br /> October 17 <br /> November 7 <br /> December 5 <br /> December 19 <br /> SECTION 2.
