Motion <br />passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: Commissioners Gaidos, Jain, Mohan, Morgan, and Pace <br />Noes: None <br />Absent: None <br />Abstain: None <br /> <br />MEETING OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br /> <br />4. Public Comment regarding items not listed on the agenda. <br /> <br />Chair Pace opened the public comment. There being no speakers, Chair Pace closed the public <br />comment. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING AND OTHER MATTERS <br /> <br />Chair Pace recused himself and left the meeting room prior to Item 5 due to a possible conflict of <br />interest given the subject property’s proximity to his own property. <br /> <br />5. P19-0379, Terry Townsend, 1 Brozosky Hill Lane – Work session to review and provide comments <br />on an application for Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval to subdivide an <br />approximately 20-acre site with up to four lots, consisting of three new single-family lots for custom <br />homes and one lot for the existing residence located at 1 Brozosky Hill Lane <br /> <br />Recommendation: Provide comments and direction regarding the application. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Jenny Soo presented the item. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Gaidos opened the public hearing. The following individual provided comment: Terry <br />Townsend, applicant. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Gaidos closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />The Commission provided feedback and direction regarding the application proposal. <br /> <br />Vice Chair Gaidos called a recess at 8:11 p.m. <br /> <br />Chair Pace returned to the meeting room and reconvened the meeting at 8:19 p.m. <br /> <br />6. PUD-148, Meenu Gochhwal, 2207 Martin Avenue – Application to establish development <br />standards for an existing single-family residence located at 2207 Martin Avenue <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. PC-2023-14 recommending City Council approval of the <br />PUD development plan applications as proposed and conditioned. <br /> <br />Assistant Planner Diego Mora presented the item. <br /> <br />Chair Pace opened the public hearing. The following individuals provided comments: Ashish <br />Choudhary, applicant; Jay Galvin; Michelle Peterson; Ray Peterson; Meenu Gochhwal, applicant. <br /> <br />Chair Pace closed the public hearing.
