EXHIBIT B <br /> Veterans Administration Medical Center(VAMC) Revenue Sharing Methodology <br /> I. The May 21, 2018 agreement with the VAMC ('2018 VA Agreement") authorized LPFD <br /> to provide emergency fire services to VAMC with a commitment to provide four <br /> Firefighters as the response between two.companies (Stations 5 and 9).However, LPFD <br /> practice had been to respond with the appropriate level of service required given the event, <br /> which could be three Firefighters. <br /> a. The 2018 VA Agreement included annual compensation from VAMC for <br /> providing emergericy fire services to VAMC with a three-member crew. <br /> b. Pleasanton and Livermore equally shared the revenues associated with the <br /> emergency fire services provided to the VAMC. <br /> 11. The VAMC subsequently requested a modification to the 2018 VA Agreement to <br /> add a requirement that the fourth Firefighter must be present on the initial <br /> responding company. VAMC agreed to provide funding to cover the cost of the <br /> fourth Firefighter. <br /> a. Since the 4h Firefighter will be located in Livermore, Livermore will pay for the <br /> 4t' Firefighter(3.0 FTEs) and will receive 100% of the additional funding <br /> provided by VAMC to cover the 0 Firefighter. <br /> III. In 2023, LPFD JPA entered into a new contract for emergency fire services with <br /> the VAMC ("2023/2024 VA Agreement"). The 2023/2024 VA Agreement authorizes <br /> LPFD to provide emergency fire services to VAMC with a commitment to provide four <br /> (4) firefighters as the response between two companies (Stations 5 and 9). <br /> a. Since the 4h firefighter is located in Livermore, Livermore has agreed to pay for <br /> the 4t' firefighter (3.0 FTEs) and will receive 100% of the additional funding <br /> provided by the VAMC to cover the cost of the 0' firefighter. <br /> b.
