Being new to this, I was unaware there was an on-line form to complete. Was also unaware that there was a council meeting ahead of the Prop 218 Water Rate Hearing on the same day. Per your request, I completed/submitted the form with a written comment for agenda item 13 (included as an attachment). A few questions: 1. Can you confirm receipt of my submitted form from 9/17/23 with attachment? 2. Did Council members receive my email from 9/15/23 12:06 PM (using the link provided on the City's website) after you moved the Mayor and City Councilmembers to the "bcc" line? 3. Will agenda item 13 occur in the Remillard meeting room on Busch at 7:00, or will my comment be read in Council closed session Chambers at 5:30? 4. How can I listen on Zoom or TV for the Council meeting 5:30-6:30, as I plan to be at the Prop 218 Water Rate Hearing on Busch early? Please advise either way, thank you.
