There being no speakers, Vice Chair Gaidos closed the <br />public comment. <br />5.Update on 2022 Key Housing Legislation Receive a report summarizing recently passed State <br />housing legislation <br />Director Ellen Clark presented the item. <br />6.Selection of Sub-Committee Representative to the Heritage Tree Board of Appeals <br />Recommendation: Appoint a regular representative to the Heritage Tree Board of Appeals <br />Director Clark presented the item. <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Morgan/Gaidos to appoint Commissioner Wedge to the Heritage Tree Board of <br />Appeals as a regular representative for a 2-year term.
