<br />Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 2 June 14, 2023 <br /> <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />DRAFT MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />Wednesday, June 14, 2023 <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Chair Pace called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission to order at 7:00 p.m. from the <br />Council Chamber located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue and via Zoom. <br /> <br />Commissioner Morgan led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: Commissioners Matt Gaidos, Anurag Jain (via Zoom), Vivek Mohan, Ken <br />Morgan, Stephanie Wedge, and Chair Brandon Pace <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br /> <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br /> <br />No items to report. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />1.Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Recommendation: Receive report. <br /> <br />2.P22-0912, Art of Problem Solving Academy, 5200 Franklin Drive, Suite 100 Application to modify <br />Conditional Use Permit (P19-0008) approval to expand the operation of an existing tutoring facility <br />from 72 students at any one time to 120 students at any one time in the existing building located at <br />5200 Franklin Drive, Suite 100 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. PC-2023-10 approving the application. <br /> <br />3.P23-0338, Greek Orthodox Church, 11300 Dublin Canyon Road Application to reinstate a <br />previously approved Conditional Use Permit (P20-0994) for the operation of a church on an <br />approximately 4.3-acre vacant site located at 11300 Dublin Canyon Road <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. PC-2023-11 approving the application. <br /> <br />4.Approve the meeting minutes of May 10, 2023 <br /> <br />Recommendation: Approve the meeting minutes. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was m/s by Gaidos/Mohan to approve the Consent Calendar, as recommended.
