However, the <br /> application is incomplete and requires the following information: <br /> Include a Project Data table: A table detailing the lot size, address, zoning, and scope of <br /> work. <br /> Provide a specification sheet of the proposed lighting poles. <br /> Specs should indicate the type of lighting proposed (e.g. LED). <br /> The lighting poles shall have shields to prevent lighting to adjacent properties. <br /> Please include specification sheet of proposed shields. <br /> Label color and material of proposed lighting poles. <br /> The property is zoned PUD-LDR and subject to the R-1-20,000 development standards. <br /> Per the R-1-20,000 standards, accessory structures are required to be setback 5-feet from <br /> the rear setback line and 3-feet from the side property line (see Table 18.84.010). Please <br /> label setbacks of the proposed light poles to property lines accordingly. <br /> Satellite image shows trees near the proposed area of work. Accurately show the trunk <br /> and dripline of all existing trees six inches in diameter and greater on or off of the project <br /> site adjacent to the proposed construction.
