CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 04--082 <br /> <br /> 2003-04 FISCAL YEAR END FINANCIAL REPORT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each year a report ot~ financial condition is presented to Council which includes <br /> any staff recommendations for budget amendments, carryovers, establishment of <br /> reserves, technical corrections or actions needed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff presented to Council such a report (SR04:268) for the fiscal year ending June <br /> 30, 2004; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result of the year-end financial review, staff made numerous recommendations <br /> as outlined in that report. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Amends the 2003-04 Operating Budget as shown in Appendix A. <br />Section 2: Approves the Operating Budget carryovers as shown in Appendix C. <br /> <br />Section 3: Fully appropriates all General Fund Reserves and make designations as shown in <br /> Appendix E.. <br /> <br />Section 4: Fully appropriates all other balances as shown in Appendix B and designates them <br /> as contingency reserves for existing and future, known and unknown, obligations. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 6: This resolution shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in <br /> "The Valley Times", a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated <br /> in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
