Actions of the City Council Page 1 of 2 August 23, 2023 <br /> <br /> Planning Commission <br />Agenda Report <br /> August 23, 2023 <br /> Item 8 <br /> <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Actions of the City Council <br /> <br /> <br />July 18, 2023 <br /> <br />Consent Calendar: <br /> <br />Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> <br />Approve professional services agreements with ECHO Housing and Bay Area Affordable <br />Homeownership Alliance (BAAHA) for first time homebuyer program administration services <br />for an amount not to exceed $125,000 (ECHO Housing) and $225,000 (BAAHA) through June <br />30, 2028 <br /> <br /> Council approved the consent calendar as recommended <br /> <br />August 15, 2023 <br /> <br />Consent Calendar: <br /> <br />Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> <br />Approve a $300,000 loan consisting of $241,176 in Federal Home Funds and $58,824 in <br />Lower Income Housing funds to Tri-Valley REACH to augment County Measure A1 funds <br />previously allocated for the construction of two accessory dwelling units to provide affordable <br />housing to four residents with developmental disabilities; approve an appropriation of $20,000 <br />from the Lower Income Housing fund to offset the cost of City impact fees; and authorize the <br />waiver of $20,000 in building permit fees for the project <br /> <br />Adopt a resolution approving an amendment to the Option to Lease Agreement with Eden <br />Housing for Ridgeview Commons <br /> <br />Approve an amendment to the Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Livermore for <br />environmental review of the CDBG-funded Tri-Valley Haven Emergency Shelter Rebuild <br />Project to add the City of Dublin and the County of Alameda as cooperating entities <br /> <br />Accept a resolution accepting the State of California Department of Housing and Community <br />Development Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program funds in the amount of $644,361; <br />approve Professional Service Agreements with CityServe of the Tri-Valley for homeless <br />services and with Tri-Valley Haven for shelter operating costs; and approve budget <br />amendments in the Miscellaneous Grant Fund <br />
