P19-0379, 1 Brozosky Hill Lane Planning Commission <br />SITE DESCRIPTION <br />The subject property is located on the south side of Old Vineyard Avenue, now the Old <br />Vineyard Avenue trail, with access provided from Brozosky Hill Lane. The property contains an <br />existing residence and accessory buildings/structures. The site is characterized by steeply <br />sloped terrain with an elevation ranging from approximately 410 feet above sea level at the <br />northern property line (Vineyard Avenue trail) to an elevation of approximately 660 feet above <br />sea level at the southern property line, a significant (approximately 250 feet) elevation gain <br />from the north side to the south side of the property. Please see Figure 2 for site topography. <br /> <br />Figure 2: Topography at Proposed Development Area <br /> <br />The property is bordered by low-density, single-family, hillside residential properties. Access to <br />the site is provided via Old Vineyard Avenue trail. Figure 3 shows the project site in context of <br />the surroundings. <br /> <br />
