Page - 3 - <br /> <br /> <br />As shown in the data summaries on Tables P-2a&b, CDBG and City funds allocated in <br />FY 2022/23 benefited more than 3,300 individuals through various projects, programs, and <br />services coordinated through sub-recipient agencies, of which 86% benefitted low- <br />income persons. Sixty percent (60%) were extremely low income (30% of Area Median <br />Income and below) and included 1,373 seniors and 514 persons with disabilities. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVE ACTION <br />The Housing Commission may recommend any alternative action to those noted by Staff <br />in this report. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.
