18.28.045 <br />(Pleasanton Supp. No. 30, 7-23) 532 <br />S. Hog and livestock raising, not including feedlots where more than 50 percent of the feed is imported. <br />T. Hospitals. <br />U. Nursery schools. <br />V. Nursing homes, senior care/assisted living facilities, and sanitariums. <br />W. Poultry raising, egg processing, and hatcheries. <br />X. Private schools. <br />Y. Public utility and public service facilities including pumping stations, power transmission stations, power distri- <br />bution stations, equipment buildings, service yards, drainageways and structures, water reservoirs, percolation <br />basins, well fields, storage tanks, and railroad facilities. These facilities must be found by the planning commis- <br />sion to be necessary for the public health, safety, or welfare. <br />Z. Rabbit raising. <br />AA. Recreational vehicle storage facilities. <br />BB. Riding academies and stables. <br />CC. Rifle and pistol ranges. <br />DD. Roadside stands for the sale of agricultural produce grown on the site. <br />EE. Sanitary landfill operations. <br />FF. Veterinarians’ offices. <br />GG. Wineries, winery sales and tasting rooms. <br />HH. Wood sales and storage yards for unmilled lumber. (Ord. 1880, 2003) <br /> <br />18.28.050 Off-street parking. <br />Off-street parking facilities shall be provided for each use in the A district as prescribed in Chapter 18.88 of this <br />title. (Prior code § 2-6.04) <br /> <br />18.28.060 Off-street loading. <br />Off-street loading facilities shall be provided for each use in the A district as prescribed in Chapter 18.92 of this <br />title. (Prior code § 2-6.05) <br /> <br />18.28.070 Signs. <br />No signs, outdoor advertising structure, or display of any character shall be permitted in the A district, except as <br />prescribed in Chapter 18.96 of this title. (Prior code § 2-6.06) <br /> <br />18.28.080 Design review. <br />All uses shall be subject to design review as prescribed in Chapter 18.20 of this title except for accessory dwell- <br />ing units as provided in Chapter 18.106.
