Recommendation: Waive the full reading and adopt Resolution No. 23-1408 to direct the funds in <br /> the 35-gallon residential cart migration liability account held by Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc., <br /> to be remitted to the City by September 30, 2024, and for those funds to be held in the City's PGS <br /> special revenue reserve fund 171 to be used for waste and recycling related expenses. <br /> Mayor Brown opened public hearing. The following individuals provided comment: Gordon Galvan. <br /> The City Council and staff noted that the September 30, 2024 date to submit the fee payment is not <br /> subject to a payment penalty. <br /> MOTION Items 18a and 18b: It was m/s by Arkin/Testa to approve and adopt the resolutions as <br /> recommended by staff.
