Most parcels have a single owner, <br /> although one property includes commercial condominiums under separate ownerships.Along Old Santa <br /> Rita Road, nine of the parcels are considered vacant or highly underutilized (e.g., very low intensity outdoor <br /> uses, with small outbuildings). The majority of the buildings along Old Santa Rita Road were constructed in <br /> the 1970's and early 1980's. Many of the buildings are considerably outdated without any major <br /> improvements done in recent years. The site is also located within '/2 of freeway on-ramps and the 1 OR <br /> Rapid Bus line along Santa Rita Road.
