IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 348 <br /> <br />ZONING UNIT NO. % AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 <br />(ZONING ORDINANCE~ and "ZONING MAP'~ OF SAID <br />ORDINANCE <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby <br />ordain as follows: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1: The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, <br />dated April 18, 1960" as adopted in Section 34~3 of Ordinance 309, <br />designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning <br />districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zonin~ Unit No. 3, as shown on map dated April 1962, on <br />file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A, and made a part hereof, shall designate the land use <br />and zoning district of said territory. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification, as <br />amended, consists of Annex No. 15, High School Annex, and is <br />further described as follows: <br /> <br />Zone R-1 (Residential, single family) <br /> <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the northwesterly right of <br />way line of the Western Pacific Railroad with the west line of <br />Santa Rita Road; thence southwesterly along said northwesterly <br />right of way line of the Western Pacific Railroad to the south <br />line of the Amador Joint Union High School District, said southeriy <br />line having a bearing of north 77 degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds <br />west for the purpose of making this description; thence along the <br />boundary of the Amador Joint Union High School District north 77 <br />degrees 37 minutes 40 seconds west 254.51 feet; thence north 0 <br />degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds east 370.28 feet; thence north 89 <br />degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds west 345.64 feet; thence north <br />0 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds east 1179.87 feet; thence south <br />89 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds east 1268.59 feet to the westerly <br />line of Santa Rita Road; thence southerly along the westerly line <br />of Santa Rita Road to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Zone C-T (Commercial thoroughfare) <br /> <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the northwesterly right of <br />way line of the Western Pacific Railroad with the westerly line <br />of Santa Rita Road; thence along the northwesterly line of the <br />Western Pacific Railroad to the south bank of the Arroyo Del <br />Valle; thence easterly along the south bank of the Arroyo Del <br />Valle to the westerly line of Santa Rita Road; thence northerly <br />along the westerly line of Santa Rita Road to the point of <br />beginning. <br /> <br />- 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
