Per §18.124.010 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code (PMC), a CUP
approval lapses and becomes void one year from the approval effective date unless a building
permit is issued, and construction is commenced. Approval of P20-0994 has lapsed. Anna
Win, project architect, on behalf of the applicant, requested the approval to be reinstated. No
changes to the previously approved designs and/or operational programs are proposed.
