I believe we are at that <br /> juncture again. <br /> While beautification and amenities certainly enrich our lives in Pleasanton, the <br /> issues of public safety and water quality have always been a high priority for our <br /> -residents. And right now, the quality of those basic community elements is in <br /> critical jeopardy. <br />
