21 <br /> The Assessment is made upon the parcels or lots of land within the Maintenance <br /> District in proportion to the special benefits to be received by the parcels or lots of land, <br /> from the Improvements. <br /> The Maintenance District's assessment rate for fiscal year 2023-24 remains unchanged <br /> at the same assessment rate used last year of $570.06 per single-family equivalent <br /> (SFE) benefit unit. <br /> Each parcel or lot of land is described in the Assessment Roll by reference to its parcel <br /> number as will be shown on the Assessor's Maps of Alameda County for the Fiscal Year <br /> 2023-24.
