6 <br /> Landscape plans and specifications for the improvements to this Landscape <br /> Maintenance District are those prepared by Greiner, Inc., dated December 1994. These <br /> plans and specifications have been filed separately with the Clerk of the Legislative <br /> body and are incorporated in this report by reference. <br /> Recommended Capital Improvements <br /> Some of the Improvements such as complete irrigation, plant replacement and fencing <br /> replacement in the Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-1, Moller Ranch, are <br /> overdue however the reserve fund balance is insufficient to do these tasks. <br /> Portions of the irrigation system have been turned off due to numerous breaks and the <br /> irrigation system needs to be replaced. The sections turned off are to existing <br /> established plants that can tolerate minimal water, but a lack of water can have long <br /> term impacts to the health of the plants. <br /> The City plans to draft a schedule of recommended capital improvement projects and <br /> their respective cost estimate, as well as a planned replacement/renovation schedule, <br /> as part of the outreach process when the City proceeds with the Proposition 218 <br /> compliant vote for the district. <br /> City of Pleasanton <br /> Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-1, Moller Ranch Engineer's Report, Fiscal Year 2023-24 <br />
