5 <br /> The removal of trimmings, rubbish, debris, and other solid waste. <br /> The cleaning, sandblasting, and painting of walls and other improvements <br /> to remove or cover graffiti. <br /> "Service"or "servicing"means the furnishing of.- <br /> Electric current or energy, gas, or other illuminating agent for any public <br /> lighting facilities or for the lighting or operation of any other improvements. <br /> Water for the irrigation of any landscaping, the operation of any fountains, <br /> or the maintenance of any other improvements. <br /> "Incidental expenses"include all of the following: <br /> The costs of preparation of the report, including plans, specifications, <br /> estimates, diagram, and assessment. <br /> The costs of printing, advertising, and the giving of published, posted, and <br /> mailed notices. <br /> Compensation payable to the county for collection of assessments. <br /> Compensation of any engineer or attomey employed to render services in <br /> proceedings pursuant to this part. <br /> Any other expenses incidental to the construction, installation, or <br /> maintenance and servicing of the improvements. <br /> Any expenses incidental to the issuance of bonds or notes pursuant to <br /> Section 22662.5. <br /> Costs associated with any elections held for the approval of a new or <br /> increased assessment. <br /> The City of Pleasanton's work and Improvements ("Improvements") for the property <br /> within the Maintenance District that is owned or maintained by the City of Pleasanton, <br /> are consistent with these definitions. Plans and specifications for these Improvements <br /> are filed with the City of Pleasanton Landscape Architect and are incorporated herein by <br /> reference. <br /> Oak Tree Farm Description of Improvements <br /> The improvements which are the subject of this Report are briefly described as follows: <br /> The maintenance and repair of designated landscaped areas, open space slopes, fuel <br /> transition zones (fire breaks), entry features, decorative lighting, open space drainage <br /> ditches, irrigation systems, trees in the open space and designated landscaped areas, <br /> and the furnishing of water and power for irrigation systems, together with all <br /> appurtenant and incidental expenses within Tract 6563, and 6748, and parcels B and C <br /> of Parcel Map 6359, City of Pleasanton. The landscape easement on the southern <br /> property line of Lot 4 has been removed from the Oak Tree Farm Landscape <br /> Maintenance District, as indicated in the updated map, and is now maintained by the Lot <br /> 4 property owner through a landscape maintenance agreement with the property owner. <br /> Landscape plans and specifications for the improvements to this Landscape <br /> Maintenance District are those prepared by Merrill & Associates, Landscape <br /> City of Pleasanton <br /> Landscape Maintenance District No. 1994-1, Oak Tree Farm Engineer's Report, Fiscal Year 2023-24 <br />
