IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON STATE OF CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 347 ZONING UNIT NO. 7. AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 309 (ZONING ORDINANCE) and "ZONING MAP" OF SAID ORDINANCE The City Council of the City of Pleasanton does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. The "Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960,"as adopted in Section 3.3 of Ordinance 309, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into zoning districts, is hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 7, as shown on map dated April 1962, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, as Exhibit A, shall designate the land use and zoning district of said territory. SECTION 2. Said territory and zone classification as amended, consists of Annex No. 14, Adams Court South, and is further described as follows: Zone R-1 (Residential, single family) Beginning at the southeast corner of lot No. 10, Block A, Tract 793; thence northerly along the easterly line of Tract 793 ninety feet; thence easterly along the northerly line of the Valley View Elementary School 514.82 feet; thence southerly alSng the easterly line of the Valley View School 753.72 feet; thence westerly along the southerly line of the Valley View School 316.16 feet; thence northwesterly, following the City Boundary 767.17 feet to an angle point in the City Boundary; thence northerly 181.92 feet to the southwest corner of lot 10, Block B, Tract 793; thence easterly 417.76 feet to the point of beginning. INTRODUCED AND READ at a regular meeting of the City Council on Monday, April 23, 1962, by Councilman Harding. READ AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Pleasanton, held on May 7, 1962, by the following vote: AYES: Councilman Bubics, Cairo, Harding, Long, McWilliams.
