Box 520 <br /> Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> RE: Housing Element—Proposal for Additional Meetings <br /> Dear Mrs. Clark: <br /> At the City's request, LWC has prepared this additional services proposal to address one Planning <br /> Commission and one City Council meeting to consider revisions to the adopted Housing Element in <br /> responses to HCD comments. Please see LWC's scope of(additional) services and cost estimate below. <br /> Scope of Services <br /> Planning Commission and City Council Meetings <br /> LWC will attend one Planning Commission meeting and one City Council meeting (both virtually, via online <br /> platform)for Planning Commission/City Council consideration of revisions to the adopted Housing Element in <br /> responses to HCD comments. LWC will attend and respond to questions. City staff will prepare the <br /> PowerPoint presentation for each meeting and facilitate the presentation. LWC will review the City's draft <br /> PowerPoint presentation and provide comments. LWC will also be available for two 30-minute video <br /> conference calls with City staff to prepare for the meetings (one per each meeting). <br /> Final Adopted Housing Element <br /> LWC will edit the Housing Element based on City Council direction. LWC assumes any revisions <br /> recommended by the Planning Commission will not be integrated into the Housing Element prior to the City <br /> Council hearing (i.e., will be discussed by City staff in the City Council staff report and/or presentation). <br /> After the City Council hearing, LWC will provide the Final Housing Element(PDF) and Word documents in <br /> track changes for the City's submittal to HCD. <br /> LWC will also prepare an HCD transmittal memo that provides direction for City staff's submittal of the <br /> adopted Housing Element revisions to HCD. <br /> If HCD has any comments after the adopted Housing Element revisions are submitted, LWC assumes City <br /> staff will address those revisions. <br /> LWC assumes participation in four one-hour video conferences with City staff and one one-hour video <br /> conference call with HCD under this task. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Revisions to Adopted Housing Element(Word, track changes) <br /> 983 OSOS STREET,SAN LUIS OBISPO,CA 93401 (805)595 1345 LISAWISECONSULTING.COM 1 <br />
