Accept public improvements performed by Rosas Brothers for the Annual Curb & Gutter for Street <br /> Resurfacing Project, CIP No. 22509 <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1. Review the Proposed Operating and Capital Budget and CIP; <br /> 2. Review the updated Reserve Policy; and <br /> 3. Provide staff with direction regarding issues or amendments to address prior to formal <br /> Council action scheduled for June 6, 2023. <br /> 7. Adopt a resolution acknowledging the submission of a grant application to the California State <br /> Department of Forestry and Fire Protection to fund fire fuels reduction in Augustin Bernal Park, <br /> and certifying the availability of city funds to implement the $1,049,100 reimbursement grant by <br /> March 15, 2029 <br /> Recommendation: Waive the full reading and adopt Resolution No. 23-1387 acknowledging the <br /> application for the State of California Climate Investments Wildfire Prevention Grants Program <br /> grant and certifying the City has sufficient funds to start, operate and maintain, and complete the <br /> fire fuels reduction project in Augustin Bernal Community Park by March 15, 2029. <br /> 8. Accept public improvements performed by Cazadoro Construction, Inc. for the Sycamore and <br /> Foothill Residual Control System Project, CIP No. 20156 <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1. Accept the project as complete and authorize the City Clerk to file a Notice of <br /> Completion. <br /> 2. Authorize the release of the retention in the amount of$77,3654.84 to Cazadoro <br /> Construction, Inc., 30 days after the recordation of the Notice of Completion. <br /> 3. Authorize the return of the project's balance of$255,584 to the Water Replacement fund <br /> balance (Fund 421). <br /> 9. Adopt resolutions approving the Engineer's Reports for Landscape Maintenance Districts 1984-1 <br /> (Ponderosa-Del Prado), 1993-1 (Windsor), 1993-2 (Bonde Ranch), 1994-1 (Oak Tree Farm), and <br /> 1995-1 (Moller Ranch), declaring the city's intention to assess the properties for the cost to <br /> operate and maintain the districts and setting June 20, 2023, at 7 p.m., as the date and time for <br /> the public hearing <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1. Approve the Engineer's Reports. <br /> 2. Waive the full reading and adopt Resolution No. 23-1388, Resolution No. 23-1389, <br /> Resolution No. 23-1390, Resolution No. 23-1391, Resolution No. 23-1392 that direct <br /> filing of the annual reports, declaring the intention to order improvements and the intention <br /> to levy and collect assessments. <br /> 3. Schedule a public hearing for 7 p.m. on June 20, 2023, and authorize the City Clerk to <br /> advertise a Notice of Annual Hearing (Cal.
