Adopt a resolution authorizing an application with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission for <br /> allocation of$493,513 in Transportation Development Act Article 3 funds for the Annual Bicycle <br /> and Pedestrian Related Improvements at Various Locations project and approve budget <br /> amendment in the TDA Grant Fund <br /> 5. Approve an amendment to the professional services agreement with Lisa Wise Consulting for the <br /> preparation of the Housing Element Update for$24,225 for a new total contract amount of <br /> $353,936 and approve Budget amendment in the Lower Income Housing Fund <br /> 6. Accept a California Energy Commission grant for automated solar permit processing up to a <br /> maximum of $60,000 and approve Budget amendments in the General Fund <br /> 7.
