33 City of Pleasanton Capital Improvement Program • FY 2023/24 - FY 2026/27 <br />This annual project is needed to help keep city <br />streets in a serviceable, smooth riding condition for <br />vehicular traffic, and to maintain streets at the cur- <br />rent Pavement Condition Index. The funding level is <br />identified from the Pavement Management System <br />based on the City’s actual cost of treatments. <br />Annual Street Resurfacing & Reconstruction <br />Project Number: 24503 <br />Transportation <br />This annual project involves resurfacing and reconstruc- <br />tion of various city streets with a new layer of asphalt. <br />Street locations will be determined by the Pavement <br />Management System (PMS) survey data.
