A minimum seven-foot-wide planting strip; <br /> b. Solid low walls not to exceed four feet in height;and <br /> c. Trees planted at an average spacing of 25 feet on center,a dense hedge, or ornamental <br /> grasses. <br /> A7.3 No more than 25 percent of site frontage abutting a Public Street, Internal Street,Open Space,or <br /> Paseo shall be devoted to garage openings,carports, or surface parking. <br /> A7.4 Where structured parking is wrapped or faced with habitable uses,such space shall comply with <br /> the minimum depths specified by Standard A2.5. <br /> City of Pleasanton -34- Adopted May 2, 2023 <br />
