Objective Design Standards for Housing Sites <br /> abutting property is four feet or greater. <br /> f. Rear Yard Minimum: Four feet,per alley requirement <br /> g. Maximum Height: 36 feet maximum as measured per Pleasanton <br /> Municipal Code,except as per individual site <br /> development standards,or per AB 2923. <br /> L Parking Minimums: Parking minimums to be regulated per PMC <br /> Chapter 18.88 <br /> j. Residential/Bike Storage: Each unit shall be provided a minimum of 130 <br /> cubic feet of enclosed,secured storage space. <br /> Storage space shall be located outside of the <br /> associated unit. Storage space shall be allowed <br /> within the garage serving the unit, but storage <br /> is not required to be adjacent to the associated <br /> unit.Required bicycle storage shall be allowed <br /> to be located within the required residential <br /> storage. <br /> 2. Development Sites less than three acres <br /> a. Open Space: Multifamily uses shall provide a total of 240 <br /> square feet per unit of Open Space cumulative <br /> of Group Usable Open Space and Private Open <br /> Space <br /> L Group Usable Open Space:A minimum of 200 square feet per unit of <br /> Group Useable Open Space is required for all multifamily occupancies <br /> in compliance with required dimensions and quantities per Standard <br /> A8.2. <br /> ii. Private Open Spaces: Private Open Spaces are associated with <br /> individual units and are not required. Where provided,such space in the <br /> form of individual unit terraces,stoops,porches or balconies shall be <br /> directly connected and accessible from each dwelling unit and shall be <br /> allowed to be deducted from the required Group Useable Open Space to <br /> a maximum deduction of 20%. <br /> 3.
