The following individuals provided comment: Louis Astbury, <br /> Andrew Lambert, Tadashi Yamaoda. <br /> Mayor Brown closed public comment. <br /> BUDGET WORKSHOP <br /> Finance Director Susan Hsieh presented the fiscal years 2023/24 and 2024/25 preliminary budget. <br /> City Councilmembers provided feedback to staff on the recommendations regarding the preliminary <br /> General Fund budget projections, the Reserve Policy, four-year preliminary Capital Improvement <br /> Program, City's Work Plan for fiscal year 2023/24. <br /> ADJOURNMENT — The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m. <br /> i� <br /> JvC lyn K on <br /> City Clerk <br />
