See Program <br />17.2. <br />17.2 <br />Monitor the results of the Inclusionary <br />Zoning Ordinance annually to determine <br />consistency with State law and recent <br />court decisions and to determine if <br />developers are primarily building new <br />housing units affordable to low- and very <br />low-income households instead of paying <br />in-lieu fees for new developments. If it is <br />determined by the City Council, upon <br />recommendation by the Housing <br />Commission, that the Inclusionary Zoning <br />Ordinance is not producing sufficient <br />housing affordable to low- and very low- <br />income households, consider modifying <br />- Housing Division, Housing <br />Commission, City Council <br />The City has continued to <br />monitor the Inclusionary <br />Zoning Ordinance during <br />the planning period. In <br />2018, the City approved <br />an update to the City’s <br />development impact fees, <br />including the City's <br />Affordable Housing Fee. <br />Continue/ Modify: <br />Provide additional <br />specificity as to the ways <br />in which the City would <br />seek to improve the <br />Inclusionary Housing <br />Ordinance.
