P23-0180, King’s Land Chess, Inc., 1024 Serpentine Ln, Ste 101 – Application for Conditional Use Permit approval to operate a chess club and tutoring business with no more than 24 students at one time during standard hours and a twice monthly tournament on Friday evenings with no more than 60 participants in the existing building at 1024 Serpentine Lane, Suite 101 3.
