Storage space shall be allowed <br /> within the garage serving the unit,but storage <br /> is not required to be adjacent to the associated <br /> unit.Required bicycle storage shall be allowed <br /> to be located within the required residential <br /> storage. <br /> 2. Building Coverage: Each designated Housing Site shall maintain a <br /> maximum building coverage of 60%.Where <br /> Housing Sites are divided among multiple <br /> owners,parcels,or developments,Building <br /> Coverage shall be averaged across the Housing <br /> Site. Subdivisions shall follow the lot coverage <br /> requirements as specified in the Pleasanton <br /> Subdivision Standards. <br /> b. Open Space: Multifamily uses shall provide a total of 240 <br /> square feet per unit of Open Space cumulative <br /> of Group Usable Open Space and Private Open <br /> Space <br /> i. Group Usable Open Space:A minimum of 200 square feet per unit of Group <br /> Useable Open Space is required for all multifamily occupancies in compliance <br /> with required dimensions and quantities per Standard A8.2. <br /> ii. Private Open Spaces: Private Open Spaces are associated with individual <br /> units and are not required.
