Bicycle, Pedestrian & Trails Committee Minutes Page 2 of 3 March 27, 2023 <br />The following individuals provided comment: Members of the committee and Staff <br />members Mike Tassano and Matt Gruber. <br /> <br /> Chair Vickers closed public comment. <br /> <br />MOTION: It was by Committee member Donna Dubose to approve item 4 as <br />recommended and seconded by Vice Chair Jain. Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Chair Vickers, Vice Chair Jain and Committee members Dubose and Lam <br /> Noes: Committee member Maciel <br /> Abstain Committee members Piekarski, Stewart and Rodgers <br /> Absent: Committee member Henry <br /> <br />5. Chair Vickers provided an update on the Parks and Recreation actions. <br /> <br />7. Vice Chair Jain provided an updated on the Planning Commission Actions. <br /> <br /> <br />COMMITTEE COMENTS <br /> <br />8. Committee member Dubose presented an article regarding I-580 Increase in traffic. <br /> <br />9. Committee member Piekarski wanted to discuss collision reports, set back lanes, level of <br />service and inquired how much we can except to get from Measure B.
