PLANNING COMMISSION -_pL£ASANTON _______ M_E_ET_IN_G_M_I_NU_T_E_S <br />Wednesday, November 9, 2022 <br />CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br />The meeting of November 9 , 2022 , was called to order at 7 :02 p.m . by Chair Pace . <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Commissioner Nibert . <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Commissioners Present: <br />Commissioners Absent: <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />Emily Carroll , Assistant Planner; Ellen Clark, Director of Community <br />Development ; Megan Campbell , Associate Planner; Mel inda Denis , <br />Planning and Permit Center Manager; Julie Harryman , Assistant City <br />Attorney ; Estela Ramirez , Recording Secretary ; Mike Tassano , Assistant <br />Director of Community Development, Traffic <br />Commissioners Matt Gaidos , Anurag Jain , Vivek Mohan , Ken Morgan , <br />Jeff Nibert, and Chair Brandon Pace <br />None <br />CONSENT CALENDAR -Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted by one <br />motion unless a request for removal for discussion or explanation is received from the Planning <br />Commission or a member of the public by submitting a speaker card for that item. <br />Commissioner Mohan pulled Item 2 to from the Consent Calendar to provide official comments . <br />1. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br />Commissioner Mohan moved to approve Item 1 on the Consent Calendar. Commissioner Gaidos <br />seconded the motion. <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br />ABSTAIN: <br />Commissioners Gaidos, Mohan, Morgan, Nibert, and Pace <br />None <br />None <br />None <br />The Actions of the Zoning Administrator were approved , as submitted . <br />2. PUD-145, Terry Townsend, 535 Sycamore Rd -Applications for : 1) Minor Subdivision approval to <br />subdivide an approximately 2-acre parcel into two parcels measuring approximately 1-acre each; <br />2) Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval to construct a one-story home and <br />related site improvements on each parcel.
