THE CITY OF <br />J_ j 2 ~ PLANNING COMMISSION <br />_pl £ASANTON.._ ______ M_E_Er_1N_G_M_1_Nu_r_E_s <br />Wednesday, September 28, 2022 <br />CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, AND ROLL CALL <br />The meeting of the Planning Commission of September 28 , 2022 was called to order at 7:02 p.m . by <br />Vice Chair Gaidos . <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Vice Chair Gaidos . <br />Staff Members Present: Ellen Clark , Director of Community Development; Megan Campbell , <br />Associate Planner; Melinda Denis , Planning and Permit Center Manager; <br />Julie Harryman , Assistant City Attorney ; Estela Ramirez, Recording <br />Secretary <br />Commiss ioners Present: Commissioners Nancy Allen , Justin Brown , Matt Gaidos , Ken Morgan , <br />Jeff Nibert <br />Commissioners Absent: Chair Brandon Pace <br />AGENDA AMENDMENTS <br />None . <br />CONSENT CALENDAR -Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted by one <br />motion unless a request for removal for discussion or explanation is received from the Planning <br />Commission or a member of the public by submitting a speaker card for that item. <br />1. Actions of the Zoning Administrator <br />2. Approve the meeting minutes of July 27, 2022 <br />3. Approve the meeting minutes of August 24, 2022 <br />Vice Chair Gaidos moved to approve Items 1, 2, and 3 on the Consent Calendar.
