Public Comment from the audience regarding items not listed on the agenda -Speakers are <br />encouraged to limit comments to 3 minutes. <br />There were no speaker cards subm itted . <br />PUBLIC HEARING AND OTHER MATTERS <br />2. Stoneridge Mall Framework Workshop -Introduce and review the Stoneridge Mall <br />Framework and accept public comments. <br />Ellen Clark , Community Development Director, Rick Williams , Van Meter Williams Pollack , Mike <br />Tassano , Deputy Director of Community Development , Transportation , and Jason Moody , Economic <br />Planning Systems , presented a PowerPoint overview of the Stoneridge Mall Framework for public <br />comment. <br />In response to questions , Commun ity Development Director Clark discussed potential housing at the <br />mall and requirement for lower income housing . <br />Planning Commission Minutes Page 1 of 4 September 26 , 2022
