23 <br />THE CITY OF <br />E <br />PL'£ASt4'NTONe CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />April 18, 2023 <br />Library and Recreation <br />TITLE: RECEIVE PRESENTATION AND INFORMATIONAL REPORT ON THE 2023 <br />EASTERN ALAMEDA COUNTY HUMAN SERVICES NEEDS ASSESSMENT <br />SUMMARY <br />The City Council will receive an informational report on the 2023 Eastern Alameda <br />County Human Services Needs Assessment, including an overview of the project scope <br />and status. This project is being completed in collaboration with the cities of Dublin and <br />Livermore. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Receive the presentation and informational report on the 2023 Eastern Alameda County <br />Human Services Needs Assessment and provide feedback. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />The total cost of the project has a not -to -exceed amount of $234,467; this includes a <br />base scope of services fee of $203,885 plus a 15 percent contingency. The total cost is <br />shared equally amongst the cities of Dublin, Livermore and Pleasanton. Pleasanton's <br />one-third portion shall not exceed $78,155 ($67,962 plus contingency). Funding for this <br />project is included in the Fiscal Year 2022-23 adopted operating budget in account <br />00150200-430107. <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />
