At the time the City Council approves a selected alternative, another rate
study will be needed to include funding for the approved alternative.
The current scope of the Raftelis Financial Consultants, Inc. contract needs to be
amended to update the rate models, prepare a water rate study, and to extend the
term of the agreement to December 31, 2023; this will increase the total contract by
$46,150 for a not to exceed amount of $259,550.
