Prior to the recordation of a Final Map, the issuance of a grading permit, <br /> the issuance of a building permit, or utility extension approval to the site, whichever <br /> is sooner, the applicant shall submit written verification from Zone 7 Water Agency or <br /> the City of Pleasanton's Utility Planning Division that water is available for the <br /> project. To receive the verification, the applicant may need to offset the project's <br /> water demand. <br /> This approval does not guarantee the availability of sufficient water capacity to serve <br /> the project. <br /> Implementation Measure 1 for MM 4.L-2. Prior EIR MM 41-2 shall be implemented <br /> as follows: the project applicant shall pay the project's pro-rata share of the cost to <br /> increase reservoir capacity for the project's increase in water storage demand of 0.1 <br /> MG, to be paid prior to building permit issuance. <br /> MM 4.N-7. The City shall require developers on the potential sites for rezoning to <br /> contribute fair-share funds through the payment of the City of Pleasanton and Tri- <br /> Valley Regional traffic impact fees to help fund future improvements to local and <br /> regional roadways. AFFORDABLE HOUSING AGREEMENT: Prior to issuance of a Building Permit, the <br /> applicant shall execute the City Council-approved Affordable Housing Agreement. <br /> (Project Specific Condition) <br /> BUILDING AND SAFETY DIVISION —925-931-5300 <br /> 41. BUILDING AND FIRE CLEARANCE: Prior to issuance of a business license, the <br /> applicant shall contact the Building and Safety Division and the Fire Department to <br /> ensure the proposed use of the tenant space meets Building and Fire Code <br /> requirements. If required, the applicant shall obtain all appropriate City permits. <br /> 42. PHASED OCCUPANCY: If building occupancy is proposed to be phased, the applicant <br /> shall submit a phasing plan to the Chief Building and Safety Official for review and <br /> approval. <br /> 43. DIGITAL PLAN SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENT—COMMERCIAL, MULTI-FAMILY <br /> RESIDENTIAL AND CONDOMINIUM PROJECTS: The applicant shall submit site plan <br /> and building information to the City's Geographic Information Services (GIS) Division in <br /> a-digital format prior to issuance of the building permit. All changes or revisions to the <br /> approved plans during construction which affect the digital submittal, shall be <br /> resubmitted for GIS review no later than one month prior to scheduling a final inspection. <br /> The updated digital submittal will be checked and approved before the building permit <br /> will be finalized and certificate of occupancy granted (if applicable). For phased project, <br /> the digital submittal must be approved prior to the first occupancy of any phase. The <br /> information will be used for public safety and emergency response planning by the <br /> Police and Fire Departments. Refer to the "Digital Plan Submittal Requirements" for <br /> necessary data and file formatting requirements. <br />
