BACKGROUND <br /> Tri-Valley Community Television is a non-profit corporation established to promote and <br /> help coordinate the production of community service television in the Tri-Valley area. The <br /> non-profit corporation is governed by a Board of Directors composed of representatives <br /> from the Cities of Dublin, Livermore, and Pleasanton. <br /> DISCUSSION <br /> The City wishes to include staff on the Tri-Valley Community Television Board of <br /> Directors.
