20.24.190 <br /> 797 (Pleasanton Supp. No. 29, 1-23) <br />Wildland-Urban Interface Fire Area. A geographi- <br />cal area identified by the state as a “Fire Hazard <br />Severity Zone” in accordance with the Public Re- <br />sources Code Sections 4201 through 4204 and <br />Government Code Sections 51175 through 51189, <br />or other areas designated by the enforcing agency <br />to be at a significant risk from wildfires. The <br />Wildland-Urban Interface Fire Area shall be de- <br />fined as all areas within the City of Pleasanton as <br />set forth and delineated on the map entitled “Wild- <br />land-Urban Interface Fire Area” which map and <br />all notations, references, data and other informa- <br />tion shown thereon are hereby adopted and made a <br />part of this chapter. The map properly attested, <br />shall be on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(Ord. 2241 § 2, 2022) <br /> <br />20.24.190 CFC Section 5001.5.3 added— <br />Hazardous materials management <br />plan and hazardous materials <br />management plan maintenance. <br /> Section 5001.5.3 is added as follows: <br /> <br />5001.5.3 Hazardous Materials Management <br />Plan and Hazardous Materials Management <br />Plan Maintenance. Hazardous Materials Man- <br />agement Plans (HMISs) and Hazardous Materials <br />Management Plans (HMMPs) shall be modified <br />and resubmitted when substantive changes occur <br />and defined in the California Health and Safety <br />Cope for Hazardous Materials Business Plans. <br /> <br />Whether or not substantive changes have oc- <br />curred, Hazardous Materials Management Plans <br />(HMISs) and Hazardous Materials Management <br />Plans (HMMPs) shall be resubmitted no later than <br />12 months from the last submittal date. <br />Exception: HMISs and HMMPs for un- <br />staffed utility sites that are under the report- <br />ing threshold for the federal Emergency <br />Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act <br />(EPCRA) shall be resubmitted no later than <br />36 months after the latest submittal. <br />(Ord. 2241 § 2, 2022) <br /> <br />20.24.195 CFC Section 5001.5.4 added— <br />Hazardous materials business plan <br />(HMBP) reporting thresholds. <br /> Section 5001.5.4 is added as follows: <br /> <br />5001.5.4 Hazardous materials business plan <br />(HMBP) reporting thresholds. In “H” occupancies, all <br />piping and tubing may be required to be identified <br />when there is any possibility of confusion with <br />hazardous materials transport tubing or piping. <br />The identification label must include the prod- <br />uct/waste name and flow direction indicator.
