20.24.190 797 (Pleasanton Supp. No. 29, 1-23) Wildland-Urban Interface Fire Area. A geographi- cal area identified by the state as a “Fire Hazard Severity Zone” in accordance with the Public Re- sources Code Sections 4201 through 4204 and Government Code Sections 51175 through 51189, or other areas designated by the enforcing agency to be at a significant risk from wildfires. The Wildland-Urban Interface Fire Area shall be de- fined as all areas within the City of Pleasanton as set forth and delineated on the map entitled “Wild- land-Urban Interface Fire Area” which map and all notations, references, data and other informa- tion shown thereon are hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter. The map properly attested, shall be on file in the Office of the City Clerk. (Ord. 2241 § 2, 2022) 20.24.190 CFC Section 5001.5.3 added— Hazardous materials management plan and hazardous materials management plan maintenance. Section 5001.5.3 is added as follows: 5001.5.3 Hazardous Materials Management Plan and Hazardous Materials Management Plan Maintenance. Hazardous Materials Man- agement Plans (HMISs) and Hazardous Materials Management Plans (HMMPs) shall be modified and resubmitted when substantive changes occur and defined in the California Health and Safety Cope for Hazardous Materials Business Plans. Whether or not substantive changes have oc- curred, Hazardous Materials Management Plans (HMISs) and Hazardous Materials Management Plans (HMMPs) shall be resubmitted no later than 12 months from the last submittal date. Exception: HMISs and HMMPs for un- staffed utility sites that are under the report- ing threshold for the federal Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) shall be resubmitted no later than 36 months after the latest submittal. In addition to the reporting requirements of California Health and Safety Code, Chapter 6.95, regulated facilities are required to report any amount of highly toxic, toxic, and moderately toxic gases, oxidizing mate- rials Class 4, oxidizing materials Class 3, unstable (reactive) Class 4, unstable (reactive) Class 3, py- rophoric materials, water reactive Class 3. The identification label must include the prod- uct/waste name and flow direction indicator. La- bels to be placed no less than once every 20 feet of piping and at changes of direction.
