Glazing at mixed-use storefronts shall provide a minimum 75 percent transparency with <br />glazing providing a minimum Visible Light Transmittance of 80 percent. <br />b. Frosted or fritted glazing shall be allowed up to 20 percent of cumulative window area; <br />colored or reflective g lazing shall be prohibited. <br />c. The average sill height shall not exceed two feet from adjacent finished sidewalk grade. <br />d .
