Amend purchase order 2023027 to increase General Fund subsidy to Tri-Valley Community <br /> Television (TVCTV) by $3,423 <br /> Recommendation: Approve the amendment of purchase order 2023027. <br /> Community Development <br /> 2. Actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> Recommendation: Approve the actions of the Planning Commission and Zoning Administrator. <br /> 3. Adopt a resolution to establish greenhouse gas emissions thresholds to be used to evaluate <br /> impacts as part of the California Environmental Quality Act review and adopt a resolution to <br /> update the Climate Action Plan 2.0 to reflect corrected modeling assumptions <br /> Recommendation: Adopt and waive the full reading of Resolution No. 23-1365 and Resolution <br /> No. 23-1366. <br /> 4. Approve a third amendment to the as-needed maintenance agreement for pavement striping and <br /> signage services with Womack Striping, Inc., to increase the contract maximum from $100,000 to <br /> $200,000 for fiscal year 2022/23 <br /> Recommendation: Approve the third amendment to the as-needed maintenance agreement. <br /> 5. Consider adoption of a resolution modifying the master fee schedule to adopt application fees for <br /> Senate Bill 330 preliminary review and housing site compliance review <br /> Recommendation: Adopt and waive the full reading of Resolution No. 23-1367 to modify the <br /> Master Fee Schedule to address new planning processes mandated by State law and the 6tn <br /> Cycle Housing Element, adding application fees of $1,494.00 for Senate Bill 330 Preliminary <br />
