It produces <br /> a 165-180db and 6-8 million candelas of light output.The patented design of the 7290, incorporates a <br /> porting system that eliminates movement of the body at detonation even if the top or bottom of the <br /> device should be in contact with a hard surface, in addition, internal adjustments have greatly reduced <br /> smoke output <br /> Purpose/Authorized Uses:To provide a distraction during high-risk events such as forcibly entering a <br /> structure during a high-risk apprehension. <br /> Fiscal Impacts:The cost of the devices is$48 plus tax and shipping and are ordered in cases of 12. <br /> Annual Maintenance: $1,152, general fund <br /> Personnel Cost: Approximately$6,650.
