<br /> used to construct temporary towers,eight feet tall,with the top four feet being a wire cage enclosing the advertised products and
<br /> materials,with signage saying"Obstacles to Zero Waste."At the base of the towers,there will be handouts indicating how positive
<br /> force can be placed on the users and manufacturers to either change the product to create markets for the now-unused P&M or switch
<br /> to other P&Ms.
