by State law,the City will <br /> review the status of Housing <br /> Element programs by April of <br /> each year,beginning April <br /> 2012. The review will cover <br /> consistency with other <br /> General Plan programs and <br /> community goals,the status <br /> of implementing actions, <br /> accomplishments,and a <br /> review of housing sites <br /> identified in the Housing Make appropriate modifications to the Land <br /> Element. In particular,the Use Element of the General Plan,Zoning <br /> annual review will cover Ordinance,and other City ordinances, On a yearly basis,the City continues to review the status of all Housing Element <br /> development assumptions programs,and policies to facilitate the programs as well as evaluate the effectiveness of the City's inclusionary zoning <br /> and actual development provision of housing,especially housing for Annually requirements.The City has submitted its annual progress report to the state by the <br /> activity on sites by assessing those with disabilities(including required deadline. <br /> projected development developmental disabilities),and housing <br /> potential compared to actual affordable to moderate,low,and very low <br /> development approval and income households. <br /> construction.
