RESOLUTION NO. 23-1368 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> ACCEPTING THE FY 2022/23 MIDYEAR BUDGET REPORT AND APPROVING THE <br /> FY 2022/23 BUDGET AMENDMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, staff periodically presents to the City Council reports regarding the financial <br /> condition of the City along with any recommendations for budget amendments and technical <br /> corrective actions needed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the FY 2022/23 Budget ("Budget') on June 21, <br /> 2022-land <br /> WHEREAS, staff prepared the Midyear Budget update that includes recommended <br /> amendments to the Budget. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Allocate the $2,535,083 General Fund surplus to the Unrestricted General <br /> Fund Reserve. <br /> SECTION 2. It amends the Budget as outlined in Exhibit A. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on February 21, 2023. <br /> I, Jocelyn Kwong, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the <br /> foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on February 21, <br /> 2023, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Arkin, Balch, Nibert, Testa, Mayor Brown <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> Abstain: None <br /> Joe n Kw ng, ity Clerk <br /> AP"FORM: <br /> Daniel G.
