<br /> GRANTOR RELATING TO THE PROPERTY ARISING UNDER THE CERCLA AND

<br /> 13. Mutual Release of All Claims. In addition to the releases set forth in in Section 12
<br /> hereof, and with the exemption of the parties obligations under this Agreement, this
